This Multi Millet Roti Mix contains Whole Wheat Flour, Jowar Flour, Foxtail Millet Flour, Little Millet Flour, Kodo Millet Flour and Proso Millet Flour
Preparation Instructions: Mix1 cup of roti mix into 1/3 cups of warm water. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into small balls using a rolling pin and put it on a hot tawa. Once it browns on both sides, transfer onto the flame and let it fluff. Remove from flame and serve hot with curry and ghee.
